Brooklyn, NY -- Franki Joseph, Fransly Renovations and its consultants have announced an exciting building project designed for low income and working families.  Franki Joseph and his consultants have have acquired a few properties and are negotiating for other properties in the Waterbury, CT area.

Additionally, the company has identified sites that could be acquired in Brooklyn and is in the process of negotiating on several other apartment buildings that could be renovated for the same purposes.

The company acknowledges that while New York remains one of the most expensive cities to live, the income of these residents have remained the same and Franki Joseph, Fransly Renovators Corp and its consultants are seeking to level the playing field by providing affordable apartments to hard working families in the metropolitan and surrounding areas.

As with other previous rehab projects, the emphasis will be on design.

"I like for my apartments, if they are affordable to rent, to have the same style as the higher residential units of Manhattan or Parkslope," said Franki Joseph of Fransly Renovators Corp.

"Just because they are affordabele doesn't mean they shouldn't be without charm," Joseph added. 
                                                                            
Ultimately, the company's vision is to build a recreation and education center in the surrounding area, with the help of interested partners.
